In para. 7 I make reference to a valuation date as follows: Although these comments [referring to Stark v. Stark] were directed to the increased value of a matrimonial asset they apply equally to expenses incurred by one party. I fix the date for valuation of the assets and liabilities respecting the matrimonial home as October 1, 1995. Trial concluded on August 23, 1995 with judgment rendered November 3 of that year. October 1, strikes me as a reasonable balance of those dates.
