[Citation.] We exercise our independent judgment in determining whether, on the facts presented, the search or seizure was reasonable under the Fourth Amendment.' " (Robey v. Superior Court (2013) 56 Cal.4th 1218, 1223.) Here, the parties do not contest the trial court's factual findings.
