What is the limitation period for a trustee to search for information that could lead to a claim for lost funds?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from Bawolin v. Wood-Layton, 2005 SKQB 365 (CanLII):

The plaintiff says, though, that in this case the trustee cannot possibly discover any information that could lead to a claim to the funds because: (a) there is no chance of obtaining any useful information, because the transactions are untraceable, as indicated in the Siemens v. Bawolin decision referred to at the beginning of this decision; and (b) the legal grounds on which the trustee ultimately must rely have been eliminated by previous decisions or limitation periods.
