[9] In the case of Millett v. Millett, which was a decision under provincial legislation, the relevant statutory provisions in that case, as in this case, did not specifically require that circumstances must have changed since the original order and did not require a change in conditions, means, or circumstances as is required under subsection 11(2) of the Divorce Act.
