We apply the abuse of discretion standard of review to any ruling by the trial court on admissibility of evidence, including requests for judicial notice. (In re Social Services Payment Cases (2008) 166 Cal.App.4th 1249, 1271.) The trial court's decision not to take judicial notice will be upheld on appeal unless the reviewing court determines that the moving party furnished information to the trial court that was so persuasive that no
