The matter was left open to further judicial review. We noted the trial court could at some later point order disclosure of part or all of the file upon a determination that "the risk to the investigation from releasing confidential information from the investigative file is no longer a compelling concern." (County of Orange v. Superior Court, supra, 79 Cal.App.4th at pp. 768-769, 94 Cal.Rptr.2d 261.)
