All three defendants claim that they were denied their rights to speedy trials under the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. Secs. 3161-3174. None of the defendants challenges the calculation of speedy trial time by the district court. We review factual findings concerning the Speedy Trial Act for clear error and questions of law concerning the application of the Act de novo. United States v.
