In Henderson v. Johnston et al., 1959 CanLII 16 (SCC), [1959] S.C.R. 655 it was stated, at p. 658, that "The right of entry into the hospital and the right to use the facilities there provided, in the exercise of the profession of these appellants, must be found in the regulations of the hospital authority for, apart from them, it has no independent existence".
