What is the law on the relationship between a licensee and licensee?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from Lewis v. Toronto Genereal Trusts Corporation, 1941 CanLII 135 (SK QB):

First as to the relationship: My conclusion on the law is that the plaintiff was a licensee with an interest. The cases on the question are innumerable. It was even argued that no such relationship was recognized in law; that however is settled to the contrary in Greisman v. Gillingham, supra.
