How much weight should a factor be accorded to a spouse's ability to control the relationship?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from S.P.K. v V.M.S., 2020 SKQB 157 (CanLII):

Similarly, the weight to be accorded to any factor also depends on the unique circumstances of the case, subject to the limits established by the Divorce Act and the case law. In the result, and as noted by Wilkinson J.A. (as she then was) in Gilles v. Gilles, 2008 SKCA 97, 311 Sask.R. 223: 18….these kinds of cases vary infinitely in their fact patterns and no one case can ever be a complete template for another.
