I find that the plaintiff is credible with the exception noted above; however, there are difficulties with reliability, particularly on aspects which do not depend as a whole on whether the evidence is consistent with other evidence. An assessment of the validity of the evidence involves an overall assessment of the evidence for consistency. In the decision of Bradshaw v. Stenner, 2010 BCSC 1398, Justice Dillon outlined the analysis to be applied as follows:
