Evidence of injuries that limit a person’s capacity, but not in his or her present work, also satisfy a real and substantial possibility of future loss of income. For example, a person may lose their job for any of the ordinary reasons that can occur. If that person’s injuries limit his or her range of options for replacement work, he or she may take longer to find replacement employment or be force to accept lower paying replacement employment: Grewal at para. 75; Shapiro v.
