Technovision Systems Inc., [2002] BCSC 172 at para. 37: The words "oppressive" and "unfairly prejudicial" have been further distinguished by this court in that the focus with regard to "oppression" has been seen to be on the character of the conduct complained of while the focus in considering what is said to be "unfairly prejudicial" has been on the effect of the impugned conduct on the injured shareholder.
