In Pfeifer v. Pfeifer 1950 CanLII 191 (SK CA), [1950] 2 WWR 1227, at 1235, Martin, C.J.S., delivering judgment for the court, says as follows: “Even if the defendant purchasers, therefore, had knowledge of the real interest of the plaintiff in the land, that, without something more, would not be imputed as fraud on their part.”
