More recently, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in considering a child’s reasonable contribution to post-secondary education concluded that the adult child should pay one-third of the expense (Marsh v. Jashewski, 2011 ONSC 3793, 5 R.F.L. (7th) 360 and Swackhammer v. Swackhammer, 2012 ONSC 6591).
