14 In Noble v. Wong, the court, at page 249, after determining that the registrar was not in error in disallowing the disbursement paid to the private investigator said: It is possible that some minor part of the investigator's fee, such as that for attending at the scene to time the traffic lights, would be properly allowable. But the case was not put on that basis before the registrar and, as those aspects of the report appear to form a very small part of the services, I find that there was no error in principle on the part of the registrar in disallowing the entire amount claimed.
