Moore J. of this court dealt with a particularly difficult case in Broadbent v. Greater Toronto Transit Authority (2008), 54 C.C.L.T. (3d) 19, [2008] O.J. No. 181, a case in which he discussed a number of the authorities, including Blackwater v. Plint.
