If the parties cannot agree on costs, I will consider brief written submissions. These cost submissions shall not exceed three pages in length, (not including a bill of costs or any offers to settle). The plaintiffs may file their costs submissions within ten days of the date of this order. The defendants may file their costs submissions within ten days of the receipt of the plaintiffs’ materials.
