If they are unable to agree on the issue of costs, the parties may make written submissions, limited to five typewritten pages, excluding attachments, as follows: (a) the respondent shall serve and file his submissions within 20 days of the release of these reasons; (b) the applicant shall have 10 days thereafter to serve and file her submissions; and (c) the respondent shall have 10 days thereafter to serve and file any necessary reply.
