Plaintiff’s costs counsel has demanded much from the defendants, the responding detailed information and production come at a cost. To the extent that it is at a reasonable dollar amount, it is the plaintiff who pays, but not the costs of differing accounting systems. I allow the costs of preparing the Bill of Costs and costs submissions on the partial indemnity scale of costs. See Centrum Renovations v. Ditta, [2007] O.J. NO. 1845.
