Pensions are divisible as matrimonial property. This includes pension entitlements earned before and during the marriage: Morash v. Morash, 2004 NSCA 20. Accordingly, the parties' respective pensions, all of which appear to have been earned during the marriage in any event, shall be divided and shared equally up to the date of separation.
