Having read the reasons of the delegate in this case as a whole, I cannot find her reasoning to be lacking in logic, or otherwise flawed such that it renders the decision unreasonable. (Kenyon v. British Columbia (Superintendent of Motor Vehicles), 2015 BCCA 485 at para. 44).
