Since I have attributed income to L.F. which effectively requires her to obtain some form of employment, I cannot conclude that it is appropriate to have the parties return to court for a review of the central controversy - that is, whether L.F. is entitled to spousal support. The forecasting of future events in relation to separating spouses always entails some uncertainty, but in the circumstances I am not persuaded that such a genuine and material uncertainty exists that a review order is justified: Seabrook v. Seabrook, 2012 BCSC 606 at para. 110.
