Despite the fact that neither accident caused much damage to the vehicles involved, I find that the plaintiff suffered soft tissue injuries from the first accident, which were aggravated by the second. I also find that these injuries are indivisible such that they must be assessed together as being caused or contributed to by both accidents: Bradley v. Groves, 2010 BCCA 361.
