In Weinmuller v. Tait, 2006 BCSC 416, a 68 year old woman suffered soft tissue injuries to her shoulder, neck and back when her vehicle was rear-ended. Her shoulder injury resolved within about two months and her neck injury was largely resolved after approximately one year. She also suffered from depression post-accident.
