In determining the application to extend the time to file the appeal, I need not mention any of the other factors described in Wilson v. Newcomb, supra. My view of the merits of the appeal is such that I am not persuaded that it would be in the interests of justice to grant an extension of time to file the appeal. Accordingly, I would dismiss the application to extend the time to file the appeal.
