[58] At paragraph 20 he states: In examining this issue, it is important to distinguish between entering private property and entering a dwelling house. This appeal deals only with entering private property, not a dwelling house. It is also important to distinguish between the privacy interest of the owner of a dwelling house, which is not of concern in this appeal, and the reduced privacy interest of the owner of a motor vehicle, which is of concern: Wise v.
