I do not decide the issue of whether it is appropriate to order a vocational assessment by a person who is not a health care practitioner. Clarke v. Abells and the other cases cited by counsel relate to a future care expert and the issue of whether the court should exercise its inherent jurisdiction in relation to other kinds of experts is not one I need to decide in this case.
