The "particular governmental invasion" of defendant's "personal security" was at all times reasonable in light of the totality of the circumstances known to the officers. We conclude the detention was reasonable under the Fourth Amendment. (See People v. Glaser, supra, 11 Cal.4th at pp. 365-366, 374 ["touchstone" of the Fourth Amendment is reasonableness considering the totality of the circumstances].)
