What is the range of sentences for a man convicted of attempted murder under section 12022.53 of the Criminal Code?

( 12022.7.) As to count 1, the jury found true the special allegations that the attempted murder was willful, deliberate, and premeditated ( 664, subd. (a)) and that defendant's acts fell within 12022.53, subdivisions (b) through (d), in that defendant personally used a firearm, intentionally discharged a firearm, and in doing so caused great bodily injury.
