7. The trial court did not expressly mention the presumption of prejudice in its ruling, but "we must presume the trial court knows and follows the law, until the contrary is shown." (People v. Bush (2016) 245 Cal.App.4th 992, 1002.) Appellants do not contend the court failed to apply the presumption.
