3. Defendant's argument that it was error to deny his [153 Cal.App.2d 579] motions to dismiss under section 995 of the Penal Code has not been considered. The record of the proceedings before the committing magistrate has not been brought to us. Therefore, there is no basis upon which a ruling can be made by this court. People v.
