In reviewing a disciplinary proceeding this court passes upon the sufficiency and weight of the evidence and is not bound by the findings of fact of the local committee or the board. The burden of showing that the board's action was incorrect is upon petitioner, however. Choate v. State Bar, 1953, 41 Cal.2d 399, 405, 260 P.2d 609.
