What factors will be considered in determining whether a suspect's confession was coerced?

Finally, we note at the time of the interrogation defendant was about 32-years old, had earned a high school diploma, was in good physical health, and was no stranger to the criminal justice system, as he had a lengthy criminal record with multiple felony convictions dating back to 2000, when he was juvenile, where he was charged with assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm (former 245, subd. (a)(1)); and was on probation at the time of the instant offense. (See People v.
