(7 RT 1898.) In addition, the jury was told that it could consider the evidence of gang activity "only for the limited purpose of deciding whether the defendant acted with the intent, purpose and knowledge that are required to prove gang related crimes and enhancements charged or the defendant had a motive to commit the crimes charged." (7 RT 1895.) The court presumes the jury followed the instructions given. See Weeks v. Angelone, 528 U.S. 225, 226 (2000).
