As to defendant, the trial court found true the allegations under sections 186.22 and 12022.53, subdivision (d). Defendant's 15-year-to-life sentence was increased by 25 years to life pursuant to the section 12022.53 enhancement. Morales, the alleged shooter, was acquitted of all charges.
