Another special circumstances case is Enders v. Apcoa, Inc., supra, 55 Cal.App.3d 897, 127 Cal.Rptr. 751. Enders was an action by a police officer injured in a collision with a car he was pursuing. The car had been stolen from the defendant's fee parking lot, where the attendant had left it with the key in the ignition, defendant's usual practice.
