Evidence has been adduced before me of what various persons said, thought, and did at various times, but it is only the intention of the plaintiff transferor that governs, not the intention or understanding of the transferee or anyone else: Rascal Trucking; Kerr v. Thus, if a transferor later regrets the transfer or changes his mind about his intentions, that does not change the nature of the transaction.
