The Tribunal dismissed the complaint in Daniels v. Vandenberg, 2006 BCHRT 215 under s. 27(1)(d)(ii) after concluding that, while there had been an inappropriate comment, the complainant had not been adversely affected and had not been denied the opportunity to fully participate in the economic, social, political, or cultural life of British Columbia.
