The terms of the order being sought are in the nature of what is referred to as a “Stainer Order”, derived from Stainer v. ICBC, 2001 BCCA 133, which include terms as to reciprocal disclosure of reports and medical evidence as part of the order compelling the examination. The plaintiff did not take any particular issue with the form of the orders being sought.
