The parties are further agreed that a number of grounds of review set forward in the petition – principally, allegations of unfairness arising out of the delay in rendering reasons, and out of the adjudicator having sought legal advice – are now foreclosed as a result of the decision of Mr. Justice Kent of this court, handed down two days after the subject adjudicator’s decision, in Bui v. British Columbia (Superintendent of Motor Vehicles), 2016 BCSC 1572.
