If a statutory tribunal such as the LRB has jurisdiction over the parties, the subject matter of the dispute, and is empowered to make the order sought, they are competent to grant Charter remedies, Weber v. Ontario Hydro, 1995 CanLII 108 (SCC), [1995] 2 S.C.R. 929 [Weber]. As the LRB has exclusive jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter, it is the correct venue for disposition of any Charter complaints the plaintiff may have. b) Charter violations related to failing to grieve
