The learned trial judge did not weigh the evidence or decide as to credibility of the witnesses. He rather relied on the presumption from Murray v. Saskatoon (No. 2), supra. The evidence, in my view, clearly establishes an over-all intention to provide security for a loan under conditions designed to continue the operation of the farm by the respondent.
