I agree that the law may have moved beyond the position in Baumeister v. Drake, to impose a duty upon even a non-commercial host to take reasonable steps to prevent injury to third parties by inebriated guests, especially teen-aged guests. The issue may no longer simply be answered on the basis of whether the hosts provided the alcohol.
