Is there an obligation on an adult child to contribute towards their education if they are unable to work full-time?

Alberta, Canada

The following excerpt is from O.C. v. A.C., 2011 ABPC 24 (CanLII):

Another issue addressed by Justice Johnstone in Wahl v. Wahl is whether there is an obligation on the student to contribute to their own support. With respect to part-time employment Justice Johnstone at paragraph 40 states the following: In cases such as these, an adult child is expected to contribute towards her education to the fullest extent possible through bursaries, scholarships, student loans, or summer employment.
