What is the test for determining whether a party has sufficient income to support its claim?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Darzinskas v. Darzinskas, 2003 CanLII 2299 (ON SC):

In reaching this decision I note the income of each party is such that they are essentially self-sufficient. I have kept in mind the principles set out in cases such as Moge v. Moge (1992), 1992 CanLII 25 (SCC), 43 R.F.L. (3d) 345 (S.C.C.) and Bracklow v. Bracklow (1999), 1999 CanLII 715 (SCC), 44 R.F.L. (4th) 1 (S.C.C.).
