More recently, consideration was given to the admissibility of treating physician’s narratives in Bruce v. Munroe, 2016 NSSC 341. In that case, the dispute concerned a number of referrals made by the plaintiff’s treating physician which contained a variety of statements. The defendant objected to the admission of the opinions contained in the referrals.
