The husband argues that as a result of the significant change in his means the spousal support payment he previously agreed to pay should be terminated. Based on the principles as set out in Miglin v. Miglin, 2003 SCC 24; (2003), 34 R.F.L. (5th) 255 (S.C.C.), I have concluded that the husband’s variation application should be dismissed.
