Can housekeeping work create a constructive trust over assets?

Ontario, Canada

The following excerpt is from Panagopoulos v. Fu, 2018 ONSC 1048 (CanLII):

Beblow (1993 CanLII 126 (SCC), [1993] 1 S.C.R. 980) the performance of housekeeping work can, in certain circumstances, create a constructive trust over assets because of the unjust enrichment that results from one spouse earning all of the income and retaining all of the assets.
