23 In my opinion, the paragraphs of the plaintiff's affidavit to which I have referred show that in his personal experience, the opportunities for re-employment in the forestry industry were not available and that it is reasonable to conclude that the forest industry was in some sort of recession. In my opinion, the learned judge was entitled to take the lack of employment opportunities available to the plaintiff into account and did not give this economic factor undue emphasis. I am unable to find that the learned judge was in error or that he failed to apply the principles stated in Hunter v. Northwood, (supra).
